Rates are based on the number of units used per month. Each incoming call, cross connect, relay, page email, text = 1 unit. Radio relay = 2 units.What is your billing cycle?

Our normal billing is on a per unit as described above. In some instances we can bill for our agents work time spent handling your calls. We are flexible to create a plan which works best for you.Do you offer your service nationwide?

By call forwarding your phones to a dedicated number which we provide.How will I get my messages?
Messages can be forwarded to you by text, email, fax, phone or by being recorded into a voice mail box for your retrieval.How do you handle emergency calls?
We will follow your exact instructions for dispatching calls. We can connect callers directly to your on call person and we can text or email multiple people with the message.Do you handle alarm calls?
Yes. Many of our clients are in the oilfield industry and we take emergency alarm calls for them. Our agents dispatch first responders as well as notifying company personnel.Are your agents bilingual?
We have Spanish & English speaking agents on all shifts. A third party translation service is available for other languages.Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes, we adhere to all HIPAA rules and all our agents have gone through HIPAA training.What services do you offer?
